This almost 60-year old mandolin is in fine shape for its age and has a really nice sound.

This one shows its age with some dings and scratches, but is structurally sound with no cracks or loose braces.

Not as fancy as an F-style, but a lot more affordable!

This one is here for $1399 with its original hardshell case. Sold.

	The spruce top has a very handsome burst finish.			The back is handsome maple with some bird's eye figure and with a handsome burst.
	The peghead has the simple "Gibson" logo.			The tuners are not original to this instrument, but, being new, they work very well.
	The maple sides are in generally good shape, though there is a hefty scratch near the pickguard mounting point.			The rosewood fingerboard has darkened with age and use.
	The spruce top is in good shape and has no cracks or other structural problems.			The heel joint looks a bit rough, but is sound and the action is concomitantly fine.
