2007 C.F. Martin SW00-DB Machiche
This is one of Martin's "Sustainable Wood" series (née "Smart Wood"), in which the woods used are from sustainable sources, rather than being made of dwindling "wild" wood species. This guitar is a 00 body size (my personal favorite), but with a dreadnought's body depth--that "DB" moniker means "deep body."
While "Used," This guitar is in great shape, with only a few small dings.
With its original hardshell case, it's only $1800.

Its Sitka spruce top is was reclaimed from the pulp wood industry. This one is very clean, and has a striking machiche, cherry, and maple rosette.

The back and sides are made of machiche, a hardwood from Central America.

 |
The fingerboard is of katalox, a sustainable hardwood, while its neck is made of cherry.

The peghead has a machiche overlay, while the tuners are Gotoh-made, Martin-branded with a "antique bright copper" finish.
