Martin has devoted much time and expense in the pursuit of "Sustainable Woods" to replace wood species that are threatened or otherwise difficult to obtain. To this end, this all-solid-woods guitar has a katalox fingerboard and bridge, machiche back and sides, and a cherry neck.

The "DB" designation indicates a "Deep Body,", i.e., it's a 00-size profile, with a dreadnought body depth.

We sold this instrument new, and it has returned here on consignment with zero indication that it was ever played.

	It has copper-colored, Martin-brand tuners.			It has handsome marquetry binding and a factory-installed, copper-colored strap pin to match the tuners.
	The solid sitka spruce top is in perfect shape. Note the very cool, inlaid, wooden soundhole rosette.			The cherry neck is clean and shows no sign of use.
	The back and sides are of machiche, a Central American hardwood.			The peghead has the D-45 style logo made of inlaid wood.
	The katalox ("Mexican ebony") fingerboard and bridge have the appearance of well used rosewood, but without the open grain.
