The Breedlove Atlas Retro series was launched with the intention of incorporating high-end custom features into a production line. The Atlas line is made overseas and goes through the setup and quality control process at the Breedlove Custom shop located in Bend, Oregon.

These instruments have solid tops and back; the sides are laminated woods. They come with LR Bagg’s Stage Pro Element pickups with chromatic tuners.

The D/ER is a dreadnought--the ER tells us it has a solid Englemann spruce top and rosewood back and sides.

	The inlay in the Atlas Retro fingerboard is a diamond pattern. The rosewood fingerboard is 1-11/16 inches wide at the nut.			The solid rosewood back and laminated rosewood sides have a gloss finish.
	This instrument has a Englemann spruce top and scalloped bracing.			The back and sides are rosewood.
	The peghead has a rosewood overlayment			This guitar has 18:1 Grover Sta-Tite vintage tuners.
	The ivoroid binding very nicely sets off the dark, rosewood back and sides. The guitar has a factory-installed heel pin for a strap.			The very comfortable, satin-finished neck is mahogany.
	The built-in electronic controls also function as a chromatic tuner.
